Many different types of scale models can be designed and produced using laser cutting. Materials such as balsa wood, plastic, and laminates can be cut and engraved for assembly.

US LaserMade cuts architectural models, radio-controlled aircraft, boats, and railroad parts and kits. The laser does away with all expensive die-cutting. Most kits can be mass produced quickly and efficiently.
